Appears that the newest legal dodge going around is checking websites to make sure they are ADA compliant, notifing the owner if they are not and threatening a lawsuit over non-compliance. Although we did not receive any notices about non-compliance, we went ahead and made our website compliant today. Better to be safe and follow the law, then be thousands of dollars sorry.

Great Games for Great Grades Program
Received an email from someone complaining about the pictures of kids we post on the store website who receive store credit from our "Great Games for Great Grades" program. They were not bothered about pictures of the kids on the website (We always get permission and NEVER tag them or use their names). Nope, the problem was that the kids in pictures from the past all have masks and the emailer was complaining about us "dehumanizing" the people in the pictures.
Of course, the person who emailed us through the store website included a fake email address so we were unable to respond to them.

Used Games
We are working on our list of the Used board, card and RPG games in the store that are not expensive enough to justify listing on eBay. The list separates the games into board and card and RPG and gives the title, publisher , price and if there is anything special about the games, such as missing or extra pieces. We endeavor to add a few items to the list each day so if you do not live in the area, here is a hand way to check our stock.

Website
The store website is back up. We have updated the calendar and will be added photos to the galleries and used boardgames to the used games list over time. Thanks for your patience.

Dave Trampier's Artwork
I plan to work to find the executor of Trampier's estate and see what we can do regarding getting the Wormy collection published as he wanted.
