Unlike the rest of Games Workshop's product, its rulebooks are printed in China, which normally means , when a rulebook sells out, it can take from 2-4 months for a restock to arrive here. With the disarray that COVID-19 threw into Chinese production, book restocks have likely been pushed back 2-3 additional months.
