30th Anniversary Celebration

We have Domino's pizza, Texas Sheet Cake, cookies, carrots and chips in the back room. Wova from the Humane Society of Southern Illinois  up by the front and Cells at Work on the store teevee. Our 30th anniversary drawing takes place at 4:30 today so you still have plenty of time to stop by and pick up a ticket.

Halloween Celebration

Join us for a daylong celebration of Halloween. Get a free comic for coming in, 1 more if in costume, 1 if a Preferred Customer and 1 for each 2 back issues you purchase (pulls and this week's titles do not count). Trick or Treat on Main Street from noon to 2. Evening Trick or Treating from 5 to 8 p.m.

Pet a dog from the Humane Society of Southern Illinois
Get a Tarot reading from the Society for Esoteric Philosophy from  11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Get a sketch from Matt Miller of Capybara Ink from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Participate in our annual Halloween Party Drawing. Get one ticket for you, one if your are in costume, 1 if you are a prefered customer, one for each stamp earned on your Castle Card today and one for each 5 cans of food brought for the Carbondale Food Pantry. Drawing will take place at 8:30. Must be present to win.

We will donate 5% of today's sales to the Humane Society of Jackson County.
