A new Vampire the Masquerade comic, based on the RPG hits the stands later this summer. Here is some info about it from the publisher, Vault Comics:
Vampire: The Masquerade – Winter's Teeth is the official Vampire: The Masquerade comic, adapted from the World of Darkness universe under license from Paradox Interactive. Vault's team worked closely with the World of Darkness team to create a canonical extension of the Vampire: The Masquerade universe, set in the current game continuity during the era of the Second Inquisition. The comics explore new settings, but everything--plot, story, and characters--are all firmly rooted in the world of the RPG. Indeed, the comics include official Roleplaying Supplements, allowing readers to play characters, settings, and scenarios from the comics in their Vampire: The Masquerade games.
ISSUE #1 SYNOPSIS: When Cecily Brine, a courier for the Twin Cities Camarilla, takes a mysterious younger vampire under her wing, she's dragged into an insidious conspiracy. Will she be able to escape with her unlife and protect her aging, Alzheimer's afflicted sister, or will she be yet another pawn sacrificed to the Masquerade? Meanwhile, an Anarch coterie investigates a mysterious killing.
Tim Seeley is the critically acclaimed writer of dozens of comics, among them Hack/Slash, Grayson, and Money Shot. Dev Pramanik is best known for his work on Paradiso from Image. Tini Howard is best known for her work on Marvel's X, she is co-writing the back-up stories with her husband Blake Howard. Nathan Gooden is best known for his work with Brandon Sanderson on the epic fantasy graphic novel series, Dark One, also from Vault.
